While we select the site for residential building there are some factors which are always affecting for the site selection:

2. Location of the plot
3. Availability of amenities
4. Water Table
5. Sewerage system

1. Shape of the Plot

• For any kind of construction Geometry of the plot is very important which can largely affect the appearance of your structure.
•   The construction can be easily made with cost low as possible such Shape of the plot should be.  
•   More routes for a plot will be considered a good one.

2.       Location of the plot:

• The surrounding of plot is very important.
•   The price and the beauty of plot are affected.
•   The location should be such that, the area provide with a lot of services.
•   It should be pollution free location.
•  If the location of plot is near to the main road then the plots are more valuable.

 

3.       Availability of Amenities:

•    With much number of amenities should be provided for the area of plot of residential building, Such as electricity, Telephone, Fax, Internet, Gas, School, Colleges, University etc.
•    To make communication faster and quick, the most important is the good and fast transport system should be available

 4.       Water table:

•   The quality of   water which are used for drinking and domestic purposes is affected by the water table at the site of residential building, so the water table at the site should not be very high.
•  Having normal water table, site should be preferred

5.       Sewerage system 

• Especially in rains and floods, proper sewerage system at the site of residential plots is required for extra water of houses can easily be drawn out.
•   If there is no proper sewerage system then the dirty water affect the building as well as the occupants as well.
